We want you to be delighted by the products you receive, however understand if something is not quite what you expected.

Please contact us immediately if you are not absolutely and completely thrilled with your order and we will endeavour to rectify this as soon as possible.

How To Make A Return

1 - The first thing to do is contact us and explain the reason for your return.  You will have up to 30 days to request a return.

2 - Package your item securely to ensure it’s safety during transit.

3 - Look out for an email with the return address.

4 - Take your parcel to the Post Office.  Please note you have up to 14 days from return confirmation to post the items back to us.

We aim to process a full refund within 2 working days of receiving the item.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that fail to reach us, so please retain your proof of postage until you receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.

Faulty Or Damaged Goods

Unfortunately circumstances beyond our control might result in you receiving a faulty or damaged item. 
 

Please contact us at your earliest convenience to describe the problem.  Please attach a photo if possible.

Follow the return instructions.  You can expect a refund within 2 working days of us receiving the item.  You must retain proof postage if you wish to be reimbursed.
